The 48-hour clock starts when you launch your first game using paid features, not at purchase. You can buy the day before and set your teams up without burning an hour of the pass.
Pro and Venues are billed monthly with no minimum duration. Cancelling is done from your account and takes effect at the end of the current period: access continues until that date and nothing renews afterwards.
On the web, payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your card details. Purchases made inside the iOS and Android apps go through the App Store or Play Store at the same prices, and subscription management then happens in your store account settings.
No. There is no expiry, no trial period and no card to enter. You can host every one of your evenings without paying; the trade-off is the Scorofun strip at the bottom of the display and the limit of two live games at a time.
Your account simply returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: your games, scores and history stay available. The strip comes back on the display and the two-game limit applies again.
Functionally none: Venues does everything Pro does. The difference is legal and about use: Venues allows the display to be shown in a place open to the public, commercially. A bar, a games venue or a club charging admission belongs there.
Yes. Entitlements are reconciled server-side and attached to your account whatever the source of the purchase: a pass bought in the iOS app applies when you host from a browser too.
Yes, one per event if you like. That works out well for three or four evenings a year; beyond roughly one event a month, the Pro subscription is cheaper.
One evening will tell you whether the pass or the subscription is worth it. Nobody needs to pay to try.
