Do participants need to install a corporate app?
No, and this is often the deciding argument. They scan a QR code and land on a web page. Nothing for IT to approve, nothing to push to managed devices, and external guests take part exactly like everyone else.
Can I prepare the event several days in advance?
Yes. Create the game and enter the teams whenever you like. If you buy an event pass, its 48-hour clock only starts at your first premium game, not at payment — so preparing the night before costs nothing.
Can I show my client's logo on the screen?
Yes, on paid plans: the Scorofun strip is removed and replaced by the logo you upload. For an agency, that is one of the main reasons the event pass exists.
What if the venue Wi-Fi struggles?
Your entries are held on your phone and sent when the connection returns, with no duplicates. The screen keeps the last standings it received rather than showing an error page in the middle of a plenary.
How many teams can I run?
The product sets no floor or ceiling. The real constraint is visual: beyond about fifteen rows the table gets hard to read from the back of a room. For a large group, fewer and larger teams read better.
Can I hide the standings before the prize-giving?
Yes. Moving the game to its ending state freezes and hides the scores, so the screen stops revealing the winner and you can announce the podium yourself. It is a designed state of the product, not a workaround.
